xxx999 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the xxx999 website, its subdomains, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at xxx999.im.
• "Account" means the unique personal account created by a Player upon registration at xxx999.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money (PKR) funds held in a Player's account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by xxx999 under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements and conditions stated at the time of issue.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any game, market or event available on the xxx999 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money wager amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by xxx999 before processing withdrawals.
• "VIP Club" means the xxx999 tiered loyalty programme with five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the domestic T20 cricket competition for which xxx999 offers dedicated betting markets.

2. Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services at xxx999, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password of your choosing, and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth.

When registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date. xxx999 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for the security of your xxx999 account login credentials. xxx999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify xxx999 support immediately via the live chat or email channel.

Account credentials — username, password, and associated payment details — are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. xxx999 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player sharing their account access credentials.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

The xxx999 platform is available to players who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing xxx999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is lawful for you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of xxx999 or its technology partners.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or as part of a commercial syndicate operation.

If xxx999 discovers at any time that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original funding source after verification of the return destination. No bonus funds or winnings generated during underage play will be returned.

4. Deposits & Payments

xxx999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. All payment methods are operated by regulated Pakistani financial service providers or international card networks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your xxx999 account balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within standard bank processing time for IBFT transfers.
• There are no deposit fees charged by xxx999. Third-party processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the relevant payment provider, not xxx999.
• You may only fund your xxx999 account from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Deposits received from payment accounts not verified as belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balance are available to all verified xxx999 account holders. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is within 5 minutes of request approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals follow standard interbank transfer timelines.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• KYC verification (CNIC or passport) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement unless your personal details change.
• Standard accounts have daily and weekly withdrawal limits. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier have no withdrawal cap applied. Diamond members have access to instant 24/7 withdrawal processing.
• xxx999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. This does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before processing is completed. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be reversed by xxx999.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

xxx999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — subject to the applicable wagering requirement being completed — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotional offer will specify its wagering requirement (e.g., 20x), the eligible games or betting markets that contribute to the requirement, minimum odds for qualifying bets, and the time period within which the requirement must be met.
• Wagering requirements are based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) and must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are converted to real-money balance.
• Real-money balance is used for wagering before bonus funds unless the player elects otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for genuine recreational play. Players whose betting patterns indicate systematic bonus exploitation — such as placing bets exclusively on the minimum qualifying odds across markets known to minimise risk — may have bonuses withheld or reversed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Monthly VIP cashback is credited as real-money balance with no wagering requirement, as stated in the VIP Club terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on xxx999, including cricket betting, PSL betting, and all other sportsbook markets:

• Bets placed and confirmed on xxx999 are binding. A bet that has been accepted by the platform and confirmed on your bet slip cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• xxx999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical error, data feed failure, or human pricing error. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned promptly.
• For PSL and cricket matches that are abandoned or cancelled before completion, settlement follows the rules stated for each market type: match winner bets are voided if no official result is declared; markets that have already been settled based on events that occurred before abandonment stand as settled.
• In-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has already been determined — due to delayed data feed or any other reason — will be voided by xxx999.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. Limits may differ between pre-match and in-play markets. Current limits are visible on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Minimum single bet stake is Rs 100 across all sportsbook markets.
• Same-game multi-bet (accumulator) combinations are accepted subject to market restrictions stated for each fixture.

8. Casino & Live Games

The following rules apply to all casino products at xxx999, including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, and all slot games:

• All casino games at xxx999 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and verified live dealer operations for live casino products.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault during an active hand or round, the session is resolved based on the last confirmed game state available to the xxx999 system. Partial hands or rounds that cannot be resolved are voided and stakes returned.
• Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available in multiple live dealer variants. Minimum and maximum stake limits for each variant are displayed on the table before you join.
• Disconnection during a live casino session is the responsibility of the Player. xxx999 is not liable for connection losses caused by the Player's internet service provider, device failure, or local network issues.
• Bonus wagering contribution rates for casino games are stated in each individual bonus offer. Not all games contribute equally — this information is always provided at the point of bonus offer, not buried in a general terms document.

9. Fair Play Policy

xxx999 operates on the principle of fair play for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Automated betting tools: Use of bots, scripts, AI-driven betting software, or any automated system to place bets is prohibited.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically placing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through arbitrage of xxx999 odds is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using any method to exploit bonus terms in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play, is prohibited.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where the Player has prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant sporting authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

xxx999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

When an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Real-money balance (funds deposited and not constituting bonus winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the xxx999 compliance team. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal in writing to support@xxx999.im within 30 days of the closure notification.

Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened at the player's request before the agreed period has expired.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set and take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xxx999 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from Technical errors that have not been caused by xxx999's negligence.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond xxx999's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the xxx999 platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player sharing their credentials.

xxx999's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the same calendar month, except where liability arises from xxx999's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Amendments to These Terms

xxx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms — specifically those affecting bonus conditions, withdrawal rules, or account suspension criteria — will be communicated to registered players via account notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
• Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be applied without prior notice, with the updated effective date shown at the top of this page.
• Continuing to use xxx999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and the relationship between xxx999 and its players are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xxx999 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the xxx999 platform:

• The Player should first raise the dispute with the xxx999 support team via support@xxx999.im, providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence.
• xxx999 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the xxx999 licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the platform's operating licence.
• xxx999 does not accept jurisdiction from any court or arbitration body not specified under the terms of its operating licence for disputes related to betting outcomes, bonus settlements, or account management decisions made within the scope of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent.
